The league officially returns from the international break with a big match at Namboole on Tuesday as URA host Express.
The two share ten championships between them but face off with no title ambitions this season.
The visitors are 11th on the log with 29 points while URA are fourth with over 10 points better.
URA are winless against the Red Eagles in the past seven meetings including two draws in the past two meetings.
Shafik Kagimu is doubtful for the game while defender Paul Mbowa is serving a one match ban due to accumulated bookings.
For the visitors, Eric Kambale remains on the sidelines while Frank Tumwesigye Zaga will have to pass a late fitness test to feature.
URA will fancy their chances against a side that have won just twice in the previous league outings.
