Uganda Revenue Authority have unveiled former assistant tactician at the club, Ibrahim Kirya as their new head coach on a three year contract.Kirya was unveiled at the URA Headquarters in Nakawa on Wednesday afternoon to replace Kefa Kisala who was relieved of his duties on Sunday.

Speaking at the function, Kirya, lured from struggling Lweza promised team work at the club insisting it will be the only way for the club to return to the glory days.

“Football is team work,” a calm Kirya stated. “I want to work with all in office from managers, administrators, players and the club fans. I promise, we shall do well with togetherness,” he added.

The club, currently 5th on the Azam Uganda Premier League (AUPL) log with 27 points have tasked the 2015 Uganda Cup winner with SC Villa to guide them to the top four and also win the Uganda Cup.

James Odoch and Sadiq Wassa retain their roles as assistant and goalkeeping coach respectively.
