Giants URA and KCCA face off at the Arena of Visions in Ndejje in arguably the biggest fixture on the final day of the league’s ‘first round’.

The hosts have endured a torrid first round by their standards but always show up when they play the big boys just like they did against Vipers and champions Express.

Currently 8th on the log with 19 points, URA are more than 10 points adrift of leaders KCCA and failure to stop the Kasasiro will leave them over 13 points.

KCCA need to win to win the first round although just like URA and Vipers will have a game in hand to be played in early February.

At Kitende, wounded Vipers host BUL eager to return to winning ways after faltering in Arua.

A win over Alex Isabirye’s men could lift them to the top in case KCCA don’t win at URA.

Elsewhere, SC Villa host struggling UPDF at Fufa Technical Centre, Njeru while Onduparaka and Tooro United face off in a relegation six pointer at the Green Light stadium, Arua.

The league’s first half will climax on Sunday when Police host Arua Hill and Busoga United visit Mbarara City.
