Vipers will be eager to keep pace with log leaders KCCA when they visit URA at Namboole on Friday.

The second placed Venoms are seven points adrift of their main rivals for the title this season with two games in hand but failure to pick maximum points will be cause for alarm.

The visitors are unbeaten in 30 league matches since losing 2-1 to URA in November 2017 but that will be tested against a resilient URA side that has lost just once this season.

On top of that, no team has beaten Vipers in the league than URA who have got the better of the Venoms on eleven occasions against Vipers five with 10 matches ending in draws.

Said Kyeyune will be the main man for the hosts who sit 5th on the log with 21 points while URA will look to Daniel Sserunkuma, Moses Waiswa and Tito Okello.

Last season’s corresponding fixture was decided by Erisa Ssekisambu strike from the penalty as the Venoms went on to win the league.
