Holders Vipers survived a scare from Lugazi Stars FC to advance to the next round of the Stanbic Uganda Cup after a 2-1 come from behind win at Lugazi.
Milton Karis and Allan Okello scored the goals for the Venoms who ended the first half trailing when the hosts took a deserved lead.
It was Okello’s first goal in the Venoms colours that won the tie after Karisa had equalised a minute into the second half.
Soltilo Bright Stars also joined the round of 32 draw after overcoming Odramachaku 1-0 thanks to a late striker by Kokas Alou off Yasin Mugume cross.

The two join KCCA, SC Villa, Wakiso Giants and NEC among the Premier League sides to overcome their opponents in the round of 64.
Arua Hill, Maroons, UPDF and Mbarara City were bundled out by lower division sides.
Action will go on in the competition on Tuesday with among sides, Express FC the record winners waiting to join the party with a visit to MYDA.
