Uganda’s representatives in the Caf Champions League Vipers have been eliminated from the competition at the preliminary round.
The Venoms lost to Sudan’s Al Hilal Omdurman 1-0 in Khartoum to bow out 2-0 on aggregate after the Sudan team also won the game at Kitende in the first leg by the same score line.

Kajoba’s side put up a decent performance on the day but without a number of key players, they failed to break down the two time Caf Champions League finalists.
Elsewhere, KCCA will play AS Kigali of Rwanda in the Caf Confederation Cup first round.
AS Kigali who played against Proline last year at the same stage eliminated Botswana’s Orapa United.
KCCA play the first leg away on December 22-23, 2020 before they host the return leg on January 5-6, 2021.
