2016 Uganda Cup Semi-final second leg, Sunday June 12, 2016 Kick off 4pm

Vipers (2) Vs KCCA (0) – Buikwe

Onduparaka (1) Vs Entebbe (0) – Green Light Stadium, Arua

Vipers and Onduparaka will be seeking to finish off job and reach the Uganda Cup finals when they host KCCA and Entebbe respectively in the return leg semi-finals.

On Wednesday, Vipers through Erisa Ssekisambu and Alfred Leku put KCCA to the sword at Nakivubo as they won 2-0 and thus have one foot in the semi-finals.

However, ahead of the highly anticipated clash at Buikwe on Sunday, Vipers coach George ‘Best’ Nsimbe insists the tie is far from over.

“The 90 minutes on Wednesday is like half time,” he told upl.co.ug. “We still have a job at hand and the boys are fully aware,” he added.

A win, draw or at worst a loss of a single goal margin will send the Venoms into their third final in the history of the competition.

The hosts who are yet to lose to KCCA at Buikwe in four meetings have no injury worries but the visitors are without Paul Mucureezi, Jackson Nunda and perhaps striker Ceaser Okhuti.

Derrick Nsibambi, Hassan Wasswa Dazo and Ivan Ntege return to the team though after missing the game on Wednesday.

At Green Light Stadium in Arua, Entebbe have a task to overhaul Onduparaka’s 1-0 lead attained in the first leg thanks to Shaban Muhammad goal.

The visitors are without suspended Muhammad Zziwa as well as Abraham Ndugwa who has a bout of malaria.

The two aggregate winners from Sunday’s ties will face off in the finals scheduled for June 18 at Nakivubo stadium.
