Vipers seek better against Bright Stars, Bul host Express

The StarTimes Uganda Premier League continues on Friday with four fixtures on card.

At Mutesa II stadium, Wankulukuku, Vipers will be eager to start on a winning note when they visit bogey side Bright Stars.

The Venoms have won just once away to Bright Stars in the league but are favourites to win this given their fire power upfront led by Daniel Sserunkuma, Fahad Bayo and Muhammad Shaban.

Bright Stars have a new tactician in Muhammad Kisekka and will look to the experienced Nelson Senkatuka for goals.

The other highly anticipated clash will be in Njeru where six time champions Express visit Bul.

The fixture was coach George Ssimwogerere’s first in charge of the Red Eagles and he lost 1-0 in the last minutes of the game and thus revenge will be on cards.

Elsewhere, URA host Maroons at Namboole desperate to start well while at Luzira, Onduparaka will most likely walk home with all points minus breaking a sweat when they host Police.

The Cops, league winners in 2005 are away in EAPCCO games in Kenya but their fixture still stands as per FUFA and the League secretariat.
