Yunus Sentamu scored a brace and Paul Mucureezi added the other goal as Vipers beat Kitara 3-0 in their first premier league at Masindi Municipal stadium.

Sentamu opened the scoring for the champions in the 31^st minute with a brilliant strike that ensured they took a 1-0 cushion into the break.

He completed his brace from a penalty spot in the 63^rd after a foul in the area taking his tally for the season to ten goals.

Substitute Mucureezi who replaced Jamil Kalisa at half time sealed the Venoms’ deserved win with Vipers’ third and his 8^th goal of the season.

Vipers are now on 42 points after 18 games, same second placed URA who beat visiting Bul 3-1 at the Arena of Visions in Ndejje but the champions have a better goal difference.

Brian Majwega, Cromwell Rwothomio and Shafik Kagimu scored the four time champions while Walter Ochora netted Bul’s consolation.
