URA has completed the signing of forwards Herman Wasswa and Charles Odeke as they continue to beef up their squad ahead of the second round of the league.

Wasswa joins the four time league champions on a one year deal from Zambia’s Lusaka Dynamos while Odeke has left Masavu.

Though Wasswa has trained with the team for the past week, he was ineligible to face KJT in the Uganda Cup due to the delay of his ITC.

Meanwhile, Odeke, released by third from bottom Masavu early this month was delighted with the move.

“Joining Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) Football Club is a dream come true,” Odeke told local website, Kawowo Sports.

“I will continue to work hard as an individual so that i uplift my standards and help the club as well,” he added.

“Together with the rest of my other teammates, there is a goal to transform URA F.C for the better.

URA have let go of strikers Bokota Labama Kamana and Henry Kisekka who led their line in the first half of the season.
