  • Mutesa II stadium, Wankulukuku 4pm

Wounded Express FC will lock horns with Gaddafi on Tuesday at Wankulukuku desperate to return to winning ways.

The Red Eagles were beaten 2-0 by rivals SC Villa last weekend and will have to be at their clinical best to overcome Gaddafi who are also eager to pick their first three points.

James Odoch is aware that the visitors have a squad comprising of players that played at Express in the past seasons as well as Wasswa Bbosa, his former boss.

“We lost our previous game against SC Villa. We are already focused on our next game tomorrow,” he told the club media.

“Most of the players were from express including the coach so it turns out to be a derby as well. We shall plan very well to see that we win tomorrow’s game,” he added.

Like Express FC, Gaddafi were also beaten 2-0 by Villa and could only manage a draw at home to Onduparaka in their second game.

Failure to pick points from Wankulukuku will leave Bbosa and his staff under immense pressure given the kind of business they did in the transfer window.

Elsewhere on the day, URA will be looking for their first three points after failing on three attempts. They visit Busoga United at Kakindu at 2pm.
